本機最大優點（diǎn）：
1.磨頭與軸是連接（jiē）盤連（lián）接，電氣（qì）可（kě）控製磨頭（tóu）正反方向旋轉，可（kě）以定期更換磨頭（tóu）旋轉方向，進而對（duì）磨頭主軸和刀頭（tóu）減少（shǎo）磨損，延長易損件使用壽命。
2.進板檢測開關由原來（lái）的機械開關不斷改進為電子檢測開關，更提高了進板的準確率（lǜ），從（cóng）而減少開關的損壞，增加檢測開關的使用壽命。
3.側梁（liáng）采用鋼板全封（fēng）閉（bì）設計，對直線軌和齒輪起到很好的保護作用。

1.The grinding head and the shaft are connected by a connecting disk. The electric can control the rotation of the grinding head in the positive and negative directions. 2.The incoming board detection switch is continuously improved from the original mechanical switch to an electronic detection switch, which improves the accuracy of the incoming board, thereby reducing the damage of the switch and increasing the service life of the detection switch. 
3.The side beam adopts the fully enclosed design of the steel plate, which plays a good role in protecting the linear rail and the gear.
4.With automatic and manual switching function, arbitrary control of grinding head lifting, flexible operation.
