QLZMJ-6型全自（zì）動連續荔枝麵機（jī），可更換磨頭（tóu）用於板材拋光、水洗仿（fǎng）古選擇，本機控製係統采用（yòng）先進（jìn）的PLC，觸摸顯示（shì）屏，全智（zhì）能化控製。輸（shū）送帶連續運行（háng）方式，橫梁直線軌擺動運行，加工（gōng）精度高，性能穩定，操作簡單（dān），全自動化控製石板一次（cì）成功通過完成，該係列產品具有仿形功能，雙氣控製（zhì），板材厚薄（15MM-80MM）都能加工，不易破板。
本機最大優點：
1.磨頭與軸是連接盤連接（jiē），電氣（qì）可控製磨頭正反（fǎn）方向旋轉，可以定期更換磨頭旋轉方向，進而對磨頭主軸（zhóu）和刀頭減少磨損，延長易損件使用壽命。
2.進（jìn）板檢測開關由原來（lái）的機械開關不（bú）斷改進為電子檢測開關，更提高了進板的準確率，從而減少開關的損壞，增加檢測開關的使用壽命。
3.側梁采用鋼板全封閉（bì）設計，對直線軌和齒輪（lún）起到很好的保護作用。
4.設有自動和手動（dòng）切換功能，任（rèn）意（yì）控製磨頭升降，操作（zuò）靈活。
5.可選擇配置（zhì）磨光、水洗（xǐ）仿古功能。本機消耗功率低，適用於各種花崗石、大理石的表（biǎo）麵荔（lì）枝麵工藝（yì）加工，以每小時加工40-80平方的速度，提高（gāo）產量，降低生產成本。

1.The grinding head and the shaft are connected by a connecting disk. The electric can control the rotation of the grinding head in the positive and negative directions. 2.The incoming board detection switch is continuously improved from the original mechanical switch to an electronic detection switch, which improves the accuracy of the incoming board, thereby reducing the damage of the switch and increasing the service life of the detection switch. 
3.The side beam adopts the fully enclosed design of the steel plate, which plays a good role in protecting the linear rail and the gear.
4.With automatic and manual switching function, arbitrary control of grinding head lifting, flexible operation.
5.Optional polishing and washing antique functions. This machine has low power consumption, and is suitable for the processing of litchi surface on various granite and marble surfaces. It can process 40-80 square meters per hour to increase output and reduce production costs.
