本機最大優點：
1.磨頭與軸是連（lián）接盤連接（jiē），電氣可控製磨頭正反（fǎn）方向旋轉，可以定期更換磨頭旋轉方向，進（jìn）而對磨頭主軸和刀頭（tóu）減少磨（mó）損，延長易損件（jiàn）使（shǐ）用壽命。
2.進板檢測開關由原來的機械開關不斷改進為電子檢測開關，更提高了進（jìn）板（bǎn）的準確率，從而減（jiǎn）少（shǎo）開關（guān）的損壞，增加檢測開關的使用（yòng）壽命。
3.側梁采用（yòng）鋼板（bǎn）全封閉設計，對直線軌和齒輪起到很好的保護作用。
4.設有自動和手（shǒu）動切換功能，任意控製磨頭升降，操作靈活。

The biggest advantages of this machine: 
1.The grinding head and the shaft are connected by a connecting disk. The electric can control the rotation of the grinding head in the positive and negative directions. The rotation direction of the grinding head can be changed regularly, thereby reducing wear on the grinding head spindle and the cutter head, and prolonging the use of wearing parts life. 
2.The incoming board detection switch is continuously improved from the original mechanical switch to an electronic detection switch, which improves the accuracy of the incoming board, thereby reducing the damage of the switch and increasing the service life of the detection switch. 
3.The side beam adopts the fully enclosed design of the steel plate, which plays a good role in protecting the linear rail and the gear.
4.With automatic and manual switching function, arbitrary control of grinding head lifting, flexible operation.
