QLZMJ-6型全自動連續荔枝麵機，可更換磨頭用於（yú）板材拋光（guāng）、水洗仿古選擇，本機控製係統采用先進的PLC，觸摸（mō）顯示屏，全智能化控製。輸（shū）送帶連續運（yùn）行方式，橫梁直（zhí）線軌（guǐ）擺動運行，加工（gōng）精（jīng）度高（gāo），性能穩定，操作簡單，全自動化控製石板（bǎn）一次成功通過完成，該係列產品具有仿形功能，雙氣控製，板材厚薄（15MM-80MM）都能加工，不易破板。
本機最大優點：
1.磨頭與軸是連接盤連接，電氣（qì）可控製磨頭正反（fǎn）方向旋轉，可以定（dìng）期更換磨頭旋轉（zhuǎn）方向，進而對磨頭主軸和刀頭減少（shǎo）磨損，延長易損件使用壽（shòu）命。
2.進（jìn）板檢測開關由原來的機械開關不斷改進為電子檢測開關，更提高了進板的準確率（lǜ），從而減少開關的損壞，增（zēng）加（jiā）檢測開關的使（shǐ）用壽命。
3.側梁采用鋼板（bǎn）全封閉設計，對直線軌和齒輪起到（dào）很好的保護（hù）作（zuò）用。
4.設有自（zì）動和手動切換功能，任意（yì）控製磨（mó）頭升降，操作靈活。
5.可選擇配置磨光、水洗仿古功能。本機消耗（hào）功率（lǜ）低，適用於各（gè）種花崗石、大理（lǐ）石的表麵荔枝麵工藝加工，以每（měi）小時加工40-80平方的速度，提高產量，降低生產成（chéng）本。

The biggest advantages of this machine: 
1.The grinding head and the shaft are connected by a connecting disk. The electric can control the rotation of the grinding head in the positive and negative directions. The rotation direction of the grinding head can be changed regularly, thereby reducing wear on the grinding head spindle and the cutter head, and prolonging the use of wearing parts life. 
2.The incoming board detection switch is continuously improved from the original mechanical switch to an electronic detection switch, which improves the accuracy of the incoming board, thereby reducing the damage of the switch and increasing the service life of the detection switch. 
3.The side beam adopts the fully enclosed design of the steel plate, which plays a good role in protecting the linear rail and the gear.
4.With automatic and manual switching function, arbitrary control of grinding head lifting, flexible operation.
5.Optional polishing and washing antique functions. This machine has low power consumption, and is suitable for the processing of litchi surface on various granite and marble surfaces. It can process 40-80 square meters per hour to increase output and reduce production costs.
