本機最大優點：
1.磨（mó）頭與軸是連接盤連接（jiē），電氣可控製（zhì）磨頭正反方向旋（xuán）轉（zhuǎn），可（kě）以定期更（gèng）換磨頭旋轉（zhuǎn）方向，進而對（duì）磨頭主軸和刀頭（tóu）減少（shǎo）磨損，延長易損件（jiàn）使用壽命。
2.進板檢測開關由原來的機械開關（guān）不斷改進（jìn）為（wéi）電子檢測開關，更提高（gāo）了進板的（de）準確率，從而減少開關的損壞，增加檢（jiǎn）測開關的使（shǐ）用壽命。
3.側梁采用（yòng）鋼板全封閉設計，對直線軌（guǐ）和齒輪起到很好的保護作（zuò）用。
4.設有自動和手動切（qiē）換功能，任意控製磨頭升降，操作靈活。

The biggest advantages of this machine: 
1.The grinding head and the shaft are connected by a connecting disk. The electric can control the rotation of the grinding head in the positive and negative directions. The rotation direction of the grinding head can be changed regularly, thereby reducing wear on the grinding head spindle and the cutter head, and prolonging the use of wearing parts life. 
2.The incoming board detection switch is continuously improved from the original mechanical switch to an electronic detection switch, which improves the accuracy of the incoming board, thereby reducing the damage of the switch and increasing the service life of the detection switch. 
3.The side beam adopts the fully enclosed design of the steel plate, which plays a good role in protecting the linear rail and the gear.
4.With automatic and manual switching function, arbitrary control of grinding head lifting, flexible operation.
