QLZMJ-6型全自動連續荔枝麵機，可更換磨頭（tóu）用於板（bǎn）材拋光、水洗仿（fǎng）古選擇，本機控製（zhì）係（xì）統采用先進的PLC，觸摸（mō）顯示屏，全智能化控製（zhì）。輸送（sòng）帶連續運行方式，橫梁直線軌擺動運行（háng），加工（gōng）精度高，性能穩定，操作簡單，全自動化控製石板一次成功通（tōng）過完成，該係列產品具有仿形功能，雙氣（qì）控製，板材厚薄（15MM-80MM）都能加工，不易破板。
本機最大優點：
1.磨頭與軸是連接盤連接，電（diàn）氣可控製磨頭正反方向旋轉，可以定期更換磨頭旋轉方向，進而對磨頭主軸和刀（dāo）頭減少磨損，延長易損件使用壽（shòu）命。
2.進板檢測開關由原來的（de）機械開關不（bú）斷改進為（wéi）電子檢測開關，更提高了進板的準確率（lǜ），從（cóng）而減少開（kāi）關的（de）損壞，增加檢測開關的使用壽命。
3.側梁采用鋼板全封閉設計，對直線軌和齒輪起到很好的保護作（zuò）用。
4.設有自動和手動（dòng）切換功能，任意控製磨頭升降，操作靈（líng）活。
5.可選擇配置（zhì）磨光、水洗仿古功（gōng）能。本機消耗功率低，適用（yòng）於各種花崗石、大理石的表（biǎo）麵荔枝麵工藝加工，以每小時加工40-80平方的速（sù）度，提高產量，降低生產成本。

1.The grinding head and the shaft are connected by a connecting disk. The electric can control the rotation of the grinding head in the positive and negative directions. The rotation direction of the grinding head can be changed regularly, thereby reducing wear on the grinding head spindle and the cutter head, and prolonging the use of wearing parts life. 
2.The incoming board detection switch is continuously improved from the original mechanical switch to an electronic detection switch, which improves the accuracy of the incoming board, thereby reducing the damage of the switch and increasing the service life of the detection switch. 
3.The side beam adopts the fully enclosed design of the steel plate, which plays a good role in protecting the linear rail and the gear.
4.With automatic and manual switching function, arbitrary control of grinding head lifting, flexible operation.
5.Optional polishing and washing antique functions. This machine has low power consumption, and is suitable for the processing of litchi surface on various granite and marble surfaces. It can process 40-80 square meters per hour to increase output and reduce production costs.
